Each Norwich Terrier puppy purchased from us comes with a health guarantee. You are required to take your new Norwich Terrier puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an examination within 10 days of purchase. If the veterinarian finds that your puppy has a clinically ill condition or has passed away from an injury or illness likely contracted before the sale, you may contact us within those 10 days for assistance.

Our Norwich Terrier puppies are fully guaranteed to be in excellent health and free from any infections or contagious diseases at the time of adoption. We value building lasting relationships with our clients long after the adoption of your Norwich Terrier puppy. As dedicated breeders and passionate Norwich Terrier enthusiasts, we make every effort to ensure the well-being of our puppies. While we strive to provide the best care, we understand that factors like genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care are beyond our control. Although we can’t guarantee that your Norwich Terrier puppy will never face health issues, we are committed to ensuring your puppy is healthy and thriving.

While we understand that the loss of a Norwich Terrier puppy is irreplaceable, we believe that welcoming another companion may help ease the grief. If your Norwich Terrier puppy passes away within one year due to genetic issues or is diagnosed with congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly impact its health, we will replace the puppy with one of equivalent value at no additional cost to you. This replacement will be contingent on certification from a licensed veterinarian.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

We are excited to bring a healthy, happy Norwich Terrier puppy into your home and ask for your cooperation to maintain their health. Here’s what we require: Please provide a copy of the medical examination record within 4 business days of receiving your Norwich Terrier puppy. The exam must be conducted by a licensed veterinarian. Your Norwich Terrier puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so please refrain from vaccinating within the first ten days of receiving your puppy. Although we de-worm and vaccinate the puppies before departure, we recommend continuing proper de-worming and regular exams until the puppy reaches 16 weeks of age or as advised by your veterinarian.

EXCLUSIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE:

We do not guarantee your Norwich Terrier puppy’s disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability. Replacements will not be provided for puppies prone to hip dysplasia if they are overweight. Failing to provide timely vaccinations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. The guarantee does not cover spaying or neutering costs, including those for undescended testes.

All of our Norwich Terrier puppies undergo a thorough health check before coming home with you. This check is performed by our veterinarian, who completes our Veterinary Health Report. This report, prepared by a licensed veterinarian, assesses the condition of each puppy across various health aspects, including cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal systems.

We require this health report to be completed close to the date your Norwich Terrier puppy comes home to ensure a recent health evaluation. The report will be reviewed internally for any concerns noted by our veterinarian. Additionally, we ask that you have your Norwich Terrier puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of receiving your puppy.
